Meet the OmniWellness Center Team
Dr. Wilson loves to learn all things about health and fitness and share what she knows with others. She believes strongly in identifying and fixing the root causes that keep people from fully thriving in life. Her expertise lies in interpreting labs and designing personalized programs to help patients feel amazing. With abundant energy and vitality, they can then implement the necessary lifestyle changes to live a long, healthy, and meaningful life.
In addition to being a board-certified family medicine doctor, Dr. Wilson is also a certified IFM practitioner through the Institute of Functional Medicine and the Kalish Institute of Functional Medicine. She is a certified life coach through The Life Coach School. She is the owner of Best Life Functional Medicine and co-author of the book, The Path of Intention: Five Habits to Optimize Your Health and Create a Life You Love.
Dr. Wilson loves coming up with challenges and taking small steps consistently to accomplish them. She considers one of her superpowers to be consistency, which has helped her successfully complete medical school, two Ironman triathlons, and over a dozen marathons (including Boston), and create her dream functional medicine practice. She now is a part-time Crossfitter and funnels all of her excess energy into her passion–helping others achieve optimal health and showing them how to create lives they truly love.
Dr. Wilson lives in Springfield, Ohio with her husband, Andy of 25+ years, and two daughters, Josie and Ainsley. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, running, lifting weights, reading, writing, and all things related to health and fitness. She is excited to collaborate with OmniWellness Center to share life-changing transformations with more people.
She recently served as a medical assistant for a local primary care practice and a regional specialty clinic. A graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, Nicole brings a patient-centered approach to health and wellness that creates office efficiency and a supportive environment. She lives in the Troy area.
Jessica was born and raised in Johnson City, Tennessee and made her move to Troy, Ohio in 2016.
She graduated from East Tennessee State University with an associates degree in Allied Health and completed her certification of medical assisting through the National Healthcare Association. She has past experience in many fields including chiropractic, orthopedic, dermatology, pulmonary and internal medicine.
Samantha met her husband, Seth in high school and they married in 2015 and they have two pups, Zoey and Izzy. In her spare time, she likes to read, watch movies, exercise, and play board games with her family.

Adam Middleton has committed his entire professional career to healthcare. Adam works as a business consultant for hospitals, physician groups and healthcare related entities. Since 2008, Adam has consulted with physician practices, post-acute providers and hospitals with particular focus on physician compensation, fair market value, management, operations, finance and strategic planning. Among other projects, his key consultancy roles included the merger of two hospital managed service organizations, the start-up of physician practices, and the negotiation of numerous physician-hospital acquisitions. He also leads strategic planning for physician groups and hospital service lines.
He founded Healthcare Advisory Network in 2011 to specialize in profitable growth strategies for hospitals, physicians and healthcare companies. HAN affiliates with subject matter experts and numerous organizations to assist clients find the best solutions for issues.
Prior to consulting, Adam was an executive at two major healthcare organizations in the greater Dayton area; Dayton Heart Hospital (physician owned jointly with MedCath) and Premier Health Partners.
As a lifelong Ohioan, Adam has been actively engaged in serving his community where he lives and raises his family. He has served on the boards of directors of The Far Hills Surgical Center, The Dialysis Centers of Dayton and as board chair of Life Essentials.
Adam is current member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants and the MGMA. He has been a member of the Ohio Hospital Association Legislative Committee, The Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association Disaster Committee, the Dayton Regional EMS Council and the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce as an ambassador and a Legislative Committee member.
Adam served the community of Bellbrook, OH for 13 years as a first responder, both as a volunteer firefighter and an EMT.
Sheila Petrequin has been employed in the world of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for her entire career. She attended high school and college in southern Ohio and her career began as a supervisor at Springboro Clinic in Springboro, Ohio.
For 13 years Sheila worked as a manager for a local RCM and then decided to further enhance her career by going to work as a trainer/consultant for medical practices that were implementing Physician’s Accounts Receivable computer software. She traveled from coast to coast for five years installing, implementing, consulting and training employees on the nuances of their new software. This was the early stages of converting from a paper environment to one of computers.
After the additional experience “in the field”, she became employed as the Chief Operating Officer of a 400 physician and 150 employee medical practice. After a few years Sheila founded Maxx Medical Inc.
For the last 15 years Sheila has owned her own medical billing and revenue cycle management company, Maxx Medical, Inc., featuring “maximum results in minimum time”. Sheila is one of only six CHBME (Certified Healthcare Billing Manager Executive) associates in the state of Ohio. This certification is a distinction through HBMA an organization of over 1500 members designed specifically for RCM companies. She has a diverse background in optimizing reimbursements through a thorough knowledge of coding for specialty practice operations. Her experience in Radiation Oncology, Physiatry, Podiatry and Pain Management billing is unequalled. She also has extensive knowledge in fee schedule management, E&M chart auditing, healthcare credentialing and contract negotiation.
Sheila serves her community and those around her in various volunteer roles. Her motto is GIVE BACK.

In partnership with the OmniWellness Group, HAN is leading the development of the clinic process, staff management, employer healthcare connections and telemedicine connections to specialists in all manner of care for our patients.
Founded in 2011 to focus on hospital consulting, HAN now works with complex clients in large healthcare systems to single physician practices and related health care entities. HAN brings scalable practice management expertise to the growing OmniWellness Group clinic network.
